Enrolling beforehand 

We'll ask you to enrol as much as possible beforehand, for a series of classes but also for a try out class. Only the first of every series of classes can be a free try out class.

Prices

• The fee for a series of ten classes is 75 euro (70 euro if you are a master or bachelor student or younger than 18). It is also possible to pay per class (10 euro).
• The fee for a series of five classes is 50 euro. The price to pay per class in this case is 12 euro.

Payments

Payments should be done just at the start of the second class of a series (please come some earlier so that we can start the class at the normal moment).

No refunds

Note that fees are never paid back.

Recuperate missed classes

It is possible to recuperate a missed class but that has to happen within the period of the series you were enrolled in. We will only ask you to let us know beforehand at info@leuvensalsa.com which class(es) you would like to attend to recuperate the classes you missed.

Extra leaders or extra followers

There are many possibilities a week to attend classes for free (especially, to be honest) if you're a leader (or learning ;-)). You will receive regularly email messages indicating for which classes we are looking for men or women. In order to be an extra leader or follower you only need to be currently enrolled in the dance style we need people for (so for instance tango students can not be extra leaders/followers in salsa classes).
